Thereafter, having obtained its Michelin star, it has become a typical Altrincham 'in place' - very very busy at weekends with food & sevice nowhere near as good as it should be. Not 'authentic' remotely these days - I am Mike C - the 'anonymous' poster re 7 Spices - middle east experience etc. - so I know the real McCoy when I taste it. Do yourselves a favour & visit Dubai if you want to taste the real stuff. Try plain chicken Tikka at the Ravi Satwa - it will knock your socks off - I fed 9 of us there October 2007 for £32 !
